ZZ Plant – A Forgetful Gardener’s Delight

Native to the eastern African region, the ZZ plant is now immensely popular as an ornamental plant all over the world. The plant’s characteristic trait to survive extreme neglect and still, blossom makes it a great choice for Home and Office alike. It requires less water and the growth process is slow. It reaches a height up to 3 to 4 feet and the mature ones do flower. Though there have been wide claims about the ZZ Plant being one of the best Air Purifying plants with some even citing NASA studies, yet the scientists are still undecided whether or not the house plants are really effective in purifying the air that we breathe in. Nonetheless, this plant is gorgeous and perfectly suited for both traditional as well as contemporary households.
